Curious about the history of Cordillera tribes in Baguio. Baguio City Museum is where you can explore the cultural history, heritage, customs, and traditions of the indigenous groups of Abra, Apayao, Benguet, Ifugao, Kalinga, and Mountain Province.
The museum’s architectural design is inspired by the traditional Ifugao homes that use wood and stone materials and the distinctive pyramid roof and concrete poles. The museum features artifacts, dioramas, scale maps, and a real-life mummy. It is truly one of the go-to lists for exploring the city!
The Baguio City Museum is at the Dot-PTA Complex, Governor Pack Road. They have an entrance fee of Php 100 for adults, Php 70 for college students, Php 60 for high school students, Php 40 for elementary students, and Php 50 for senior citizens/PWD, so remember to present your ID. Their operating hours are Tuesday to Sunday, 9:00 am – 5:00 pm, and they are closed on Mondays.
