Latag @ Malcolm Square

We are bringing back one of the most awaited vibrant festivities of the Baguio Creative Festival, Latag.

Discover the heart of local craftsmanship at Latag, a collaborative handicrafts market that ignites creativity and community spirit. Experience the fair firsthand with many talented artisans who have splendid creations.

Since 2002, artists have created classic pieces out of materials that have been upcycled, as this will encourage creativity and sustainability in society and community.

Embracing the background roots of the word ‘latag,’ our artisans will use the simplicity of blankets and fabrics instead of tables and fancy tapestry, enhancing their unique handcrafted work of art. Every upcycled material is beautifully made into useful anik aniks. Those unique finds won’t be seen in stores, as the artists proudly display their touch of pieces and the essence of uniqueness.

Visit Latag to embrace the rich heritage and support local artisans as we pave the path for a thriving creative economy in Baguio City. Latag!
