UP Museo Kordilyera

As the University of Baguio provides supplementary learning resources for its students and faculty, the Museo Kordilyera acquires an understanding of Cordillera’s identity and culture

It is open for all visitors. 

The museum’s dedication is to preserving and enriching the culture of Cordillera and neighboring regions to have a deeper understanding of people’s enrichment towards different ethnic groups. Interestingly, the museum emphasizes this niche to support research in arts and sciences and promote the history of Cordillera as a venue for the fruit of knowledge. 

You get to immerse yourself in different exhibits of ethnographic materials and audio-visual rooms and buy souvenirs that the locals made. It also brings you a broader knowledge when UPB professors and students provide symposiums, lectures, cultural performances, and demonstrations of Cordillera’s local artisans and cultural bearers. 

The museum is located at the campus drive of the University of the Philippines Baguio, Governor Pack -Road Military Cut-off, Baguio City, and is open from  8:00 am to 5:00 pm. It also provides tours and assistance inside the museum for larger groups when necessary that abide by their policies and guidelines. Hence, it is open for students, researchers, and other interested visitors to explore the museum.
